THE SIXTH SENSE
THE DOOR TO THE TEMPLE OF WISDOM

Every relationship starts with a CONVERSATION... does the person you are speaking to have entrepreneurial aspirations...? Anybody whom one ever speaks to will have something to sell... either products or services or maybe little more than an idea...

The objective of the initial CONVERSATION is to establish whether their can be rapport between the participants... will there be a synergy on which to build a business relationship...?

Even when a business relationship appears to be an unlikely outcome, an ongoing CONVERSATION can still add value through gaining an understanding of another person's point of view (an alternate opinion)...

A business relationship is established when a SALE has been made which benefits both the seller and the buyer...
