The bottom line of faith is doing the work in the direction that gets RESULTS! And adjusting as you are working. There will always be things that could make a person quit and return to 9-5 for good.

But the person who is an Edwin Barnes who knows what he wants  by knowing how to get what stops most people OUT of his way wins every time in every endeavor.

Henry Ford with the model T stuck to it and didn't switch up to the model A, when told to do so. He stuck with what was working. Perhaps he stuck too long with it but it is better to make a mistake and LEARN from it rather than being a benchwarmer.

Just get what you are required to do DONE! Manifest, Plan & Execute. Because without it faith is deadworks.
