Chapter 3 Faith: Visualization and Belief

“Without faith, you are as a crow who has forgotten his ability to
fly; you peck at the dark, muddy earth when the bright mountains

the major positive emotions. When the three are blended, they have
the effect of “coloring” the vibration of thought in such a way
that it instantly reaches the subconscious mind, where it is changed
into its spiritual equivalent, the only form that induces a response
from Infinite Intelligence.” Napoleon Hill

Most people stand on the road called life seeing on the ground just
within a few feet before them. Some can only see the potholes, the
patch of dirt just ahead, and looking back where they had been wondering
or deciding that they should stop and go back.

Then there are the few who choose the path call Faith.  They are the
ones who lift their glaze to the mountain ahead, seeing them at the
peak looking in the valley of reward, the success just ahead. They
are the ones who see past the 3 feet mark, knowing without a doubt
their thoughts and desires come to fruition.

I discover how in Hill's words, “FAITH is a state of mind which may
be induced, or created, by affirmation or repeated instructions to
the subconscious mind, through the principle of autosuggestion.”

About 98% of the people choose to walk around in the darkness of doubts,
fears, what-ifs, I can’t, and the negativity of naysayers, mass media,
and demigods in leadership roles who only desire to control not inspired. 

Then there are the few who choose the path of faith, seeing there is
real hope and assurance. The valley of success and abundance is open
before them. They choose to live life to the fullness, learning from
the failures of the past moving forward to the future of their vision.

I choose to live in the faith that the future is bright, love surrounds
me, I am successful in all parts of my life be it family, friends,
relationships, and much more.
