Chapter 4 - Auto Suggestion

Hill writes "AUTO-SUGGESTION is a term which applies to al1 suggestions 
and all self-administered stimuli which reach one’s mind through the 
five senses. Stated in another way, autosuggestion is self-suggestion."

"Self-suggestion" - What do we tell ourselves everyday?

Mentoring for Free has been around a long time.  Some of us have been
around Mentoring for Free a long time and some of us not so long.  But I
believe we have all been here long enough to learn something or learn a 
lot of things.  

Benjamin Spock has stated "Trust yourself, you know more than you think you do."  

We have been taught many things in our Network Marketing career and we continue 
to learn.  The question we need to ask ourselves is how much of what I have
learned am I applying into my business?  Do I listen to the trainings and think
there needs to be more before I really apply it to what I am doing?  Am I always
looking for that illusive "secret" and neglect to apply what I already have been
given?  Do I "know more than I think I do?"

What am I really telling myself?  Am I really hearing what I am telling myself?

Richard Bach wrote "Don't believe what your eyes are telling you. All they show is 
limitation. Look with your understanding, find out what you already know, and 
you'll see the way to fly. "
