As i was writing a lesson for this week i realized that the lesson i wrote last week was on "Thoughts are Thngs".So here it is. Happly, I already have my lesson written for next week.
Thoughts are Things
As I have gotten older, I realize the only hope for me to have any control over controlling my fears are my thioughts, Nature has enable me to have absolute control over but one thing, and that are my thoughts.Thoughts are things, incrediably power things, yet we threat them as just another thought.
The problem is we don't treat them as just another thought. Thoughts like: I don;t feel as well as it use to, I am more tired, I am more forgetful, I just don't have the get up and go, I wish I had more energy, I wish I could remember that name, if we let the Ghost of thoughts creep in, they take control of us. Hill list the thoughts as: Indefference, Indecision, Doubt, Worry, Over-cautiion and Procrastisnation.
We must learn to treat thoughts for what they are: Things that control our lives. If you don't like the way things are going in you life, you can change it, by changing your thoughts. Hill state that 75% of all illnesses are are suffering from hypochorndria (imaginary illness). These illiness produce the same physical sysmptoms of the disease feared. If we know that thoughts create our illnesses, can we not cure them by the same process.
We all have a well stocked stable of alibis to explain why we can't do something or out lack of achivement..The world want to know only one thing --- have you achieved success, if not, why not, check your thoughts.
