THOUGHTS ARE THINGS AND POWERFUL THINGS AT THAT!
“Knowledge is only potential power. It becomes power only when, and if, it is
organized into definite plans of action, and directed to a definite end.
“[THE] “missing link” in all systems of education known to civilization today, may
be found in the failure of educational institutions to teach their students HOW TO
ORGANIZE AND USE KNOWLEDGE AFTER THEY ACQUIRE IT.
“An educated man is one who has so developed the faculties of his mind that he
may acquire anything he wants, or its equivalent, without violating the rights of others.
“Any man is educated who knows where to get knowledge when he needs it, and
how to organize that knowledge into definite plans of action.
“To a large extent your major purpose in life, the goal toward which you are working,
will help determine what knowledge you need.”
Henry Ford, Andrew Carnegie and others have shown that one need not accumulate
the specialized knowledge they need in and of themselves. All that is needed is to
know where to get it. Both, Ford and Carnegie made use of a MASTER MIND group.
I think they did OK.
This is a MASTER MIND group. We need to take full advantage of what it offers. Are we?
Thank You Linda & Michael Dlouhy for creating this MASTER MIND group and
leading and inspiring us to learn “HOW TO THINK, NOT WHAT TO THINK.”
Thank You to all of my Master Mind partners for being here and contributing
week after week.
