THE BRAIN

The Brain is like a two-way radio in that it is both a broadcasting and receiving station with the vibration of thoughts.  The difference is a brain is a bit more complex and amazing.  The conventional two-way radio transfers voice messages or sounds between units. The brain can transfer thoughts between other brains. The brain has two components the subconscious mind is the sending station and the creative imagination is the receiving station.

The brain works best when there is a high rate of positive emotions. The vibration must be at an extremely high rate or they will not transfer from one brain to another.

There is a reason why positive thoughts and emotions will take you much further than negative thoughts and emotions ever will.

The emotion of sex is at the top of the list of human emotions.  As Hill Stated a majority of self made successful individuals have a high sex drive.  What made them successful is they were able to divert this energy towards their business interest.  Their creative imagination comes out and it picks up ideas because they have the energy from the vibration so the ideas flow and they are focused on the mission.

One thing that helps my mind work better is the endorphins I get after exercising. I always think well when I exercise consistently compared to periods of limited physical activity.

When I was a swimmer I was busy and had to be disciplined, but school almost always seemed easier during the season than off-season. The fact of the matter is my mind appeared to work better when I was getting a healthy dose of endorphins.

The same goes for today.  If I have not exercised for days, I do not feel the best, sometimes moody and depressed, and by no means am productive.  Some folks can get by with limited activity, but I cannot.  This is why I try to plan my workout time within my schedule.

Besides exercise I try to dwell and absorb positive information as much as possible versus the negative information that is all around you if you want it.  This includes watching too much primetime TV, reading newspapers from cover to cover, or the worst is watching the news for hours a day.  Michael Talked last week about this.

The News Networks feeds on people’s fears and all the negatives because this sells.   There’s a song’s lyrics I am going to include at the end of my lesson that was a hit back in my middle school days.   Only advice is keep it to a minimum.  I have gone as far as asking Rick Burnett to hold me accountable when I let my focus slip.

That is one of the main reasons why I feel so blessed to have Mentoring for Free in my life.  We may be in different companies, but as said before we are all on the same path and want the same things, which are most important.  Along with Financial Security, Control, and Time, we all value Family, Friends, Health and happiness.

Thanks you Michael And Linda Dloughy for this program. Thank you Rick Burnett for being such a good friend and supporter.  Thank you to everybody who participates on these weekly lessons.

Well here is a hit song when I was a kid by Don Henley.

The message from this song is SO TRUE….  Something to remember the next time we get sucked into the news.

Dirty Laundry

I make my living off the evening news
Just give me something-something I can use
People love it when you lose,
They love dirty laundry

Well, I coulda been an actor, but I wound up here
I just have to look good, I don't have to be clear
Come and whisper in my ear
Give us dirty laundry

Kick 'em when they're up
Kick 'em when they're down
Kick 'em when they're up
Kick 'em when they're down
Kick 'em when they're up
Kick 'em when they're down
Kick 'em when they're up
Kick 'em all around

We got the bubble-headed-bleach-blond
Who comes on at five
She can tell you 'bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye
It's interesting when people die
Give us dirty laundry

Can we film the operation?
Is the head dead yet?
You know, the boys in the newsroom got a running bet
Get the…
