Decision is DOING SOMETHING about what you want to accomplish today NOT tommorow. Think about the following. We all have 24 hours a day and people use this word "I am too busy for this, that, etc" Busy with what? Do you know that there is a DIFFERENCE between being busy and productive. Busy means occupied just like when the bathroom sign on the plane says in big letters OCCUPIED and when it's open its VACANT.
Productive means getting RESULTS and moving towards your goals. That is following your company's blueprint like STEPS TO SUCCESS and completing it on paper WRITTEN. Because like Ken Klemn mentioned if you write what you have done it goes into your BRAIN. And if you type it its MORE likely to disappear. Don't ask me the science behind it, but thats da POINT!
Are you getting customers and team members and keeping them?
Are your team members doing what you did?
Do you have a goal to have FIVE key leaders on your team whom you'd want to be on a one month cruise with?
There is an old saying the speed of team is determined by the speed of the leader.
Just do today what others won't so tomorrow you can have what others can't!! And last but not least the longer you wait your enthusiasm decreases and your fear increases.
ACTION kills FEAR and furthermore new plans to replace the ones that do NOT work and then getting RESULTS over and over is EVEN BETTER.
