Chapter 6

The Imagination

Ideas are the beginning points of all fortunes. Ideas are the products of the imagination. The imagination comes in two forms:

1.) SYNTHETIC IMAGINATION:

One may arrange old concepts, ideas, or plans into new combinations. This faculty creates nothing. It nearly works with the material of experience, education, and observation with which it is fed.  It is the faculty used not by the inventor, with the exception of the one who draws upon the creative imagination, when he cannot solve his problem through synthetic imagination.

2.) CREATIVE IMAGINATION:

Through the faculty of creative imagination, the finite mind of man has direct communication with God. It is the faculty through which “hunches” and inspirations are received. It is by this faculty that all basic, or new ideas are handed over to man. Through this faculty, the thoughts, vibrations from the minds of others are received. It is through this faculty, that one individual may “tune in", or communicate with the subconscious minds of other men. The creative imagination works automatically. This faculty functions ONLY when the conscious mind is vibrating at an exceeding rapid rate when the conscious mind is stimulated through the emotion of a strong desire.

--Napoleon Hill

I, myself, am an inventor. Since the 1980’s, I have excelled in electronics. In the 2000’s, I have excelled in electrical engineering. I’ve had this seed of a grandiose idea in my mind since the 1980’s with a lack of money to make it happen. This idea costs billions of dollars to make it a reality. This concept is in the form of SYNTHETIC IMAGINATION.

In 2017, I met Einstein's great grandson, yes really!!!, in Columbus, Ohio. He even has hair like Einstein’s, just dyed red. He came up with this idea that matched my 1980’s idea, by coincidence and it was by coincidence we met. Maybe it was destiny! We both are financially poor. I only have an average credit record and his credit record is poor. We both put our heads together and he came up with a way to pay for it, but we need a huge loan to make it happen. Where I lacked knowledge in Calculous, he did the Math. I came up with the engineering knowledge to make it happen. This concept we used is in the form of CREATIVE IMAGINATION.

Back in 2017, I came up with a smaller scale idea, but it costs millions of dollars, instead of billions of dollars.

This is why I must make a few million dollars in this business to make it happen and I’m relying on my Mentor to help me make it happen, even if it takes years, to fund the smaller idea, and make enough money to attract loans from banks to start the ball rolling. This may take 20 years to make our grandiose idea a reality, to revolutionize the world.

Thanks again for Nathan Grimes for guiding me and Michael and Linda Dlouhy for this mastermind group!
