Think & Grow Rich Lessons

Here is an encouraging, or troubling, thought, depending on how one approaches it:

The subconscious mind will attract the tools and methods needed to accomplish any

thought or idea which is planted there.

I thought I understood this.  But it became apparent in this reading that all thoughts, ideas, methods,

or whatever you want to call them, are already present in the ether, and what we plant in our subconscious

mind attracts them to us depending on our dominating thoughts, whether positive or negative.

I have been involved in NWM in one way or another for 35 years.  Never had much success.  When I

found MFF, or rather, it found me, Michael told me my "lack of success was not my fault.  This resonated

with me and I believed it.  After all, I had never been properly trained and given the tools I needed.

However, in light of the principles taught in this book, especially this chapter, I do have to accept some

responsibillity.  Have I had FAITH?  Have I ever truly believed that I could be successful.  Have I told

myself "I WILL DO THIS" or have I merely said "I hope I can", "I'll try", or multiple other statements

that don't, at first, appear to be negative.  But, at their core they demonstrate a lack of faith.

Herein is my problem:  a lack of FAITH in myself.  Thankfully, I have a mentor and a mastermind group

which has committed to "believe in me until I can believe in myself."  Michael tells us the "secret to his

success" is SELF-TALK.  Hill tells us we can create faith.  How?  Affirmations or SELF-TALK.

I have been hit or miss.  Some days I do my self-talk well over 1,000 times.  Some days I barely break 100.

Well I am taking responsibillity.  I WILL DO MY SELF-TALK 1,000 TIMES, OR MORE EACH AND EVERY

DAY.  Success is mine.  Riches are mine. Philanthropy is mine.  A legacy for my children and grandchildren

is mine.  Do you hear me ether.  BRING ME WHAT IS MINE!
