I had to learn real fast in life, that if you don’t control your sex drive energy it will control you. What I found to work for me is exercising. I will use my willpower and stick to a weight goal. I will take actions by walking, working out, and keeping my body moving. In my workout state of mind, I felt free to express myself by being the best me. I was excited to tone my shape, and to get that satisfaction feeling of knowing that I completed something. Plus walking gives me clarity and helps me with my creativity.

ordinary mind to connect with the extraordinary mind. Being in this state of mind keeps me focus on a higher level, therefore, I am able to stay positive and leave

 

negativity in the wind and not in my thoughts.
