Ben You have believed in having twins for so long now. Its one area where You are unable to fully control when You do. All You can do is create a plan to allow You to become a wonderful husband and father. Focused on his health, You needed to make health a priority and now You do.
Create that plan to become stronger and fitter, You’ve worked on your health enough that You now are much stronger than You once were. It’s time to rebuild more and become so much stronger, yes there are those who will say it’s gonna be this or that. They will see you achieve Your health. I choose to live better, look better and feel better.
You’ve lived most of Your life with health challenges and it’s time to just say I am gonna keep on going. What’s the plan for health, it involves the following.
• Gym for becoming stronger
• Eating healthy
• Supplementation of diet with vitamin
• Doing excercises daily
• Going to physio and learning the skills needed to strengthen and use my muscles correctly
• Going to Pilates
• Being physically active
That is just part of the plan, are You gonna listen to those who say oh Pilates I tried that once I didn’t like it or those who enjoy Pilates. Will you listen to the swimmers who say it will be too cold or those who say let’s go. There is always a solution and it’s finding the solution to the issue.
