CHAPTER 9 - PERSISTENCE
THE SUSTAINED EFFORT NECESSARY TO INDUCE FAITH
The Eighth Step toward Riches

I do not believe it is difficult to be persistent when one is passionate about that which one is intending to achieve... you will seek out those people and that information which you believe will be necessary for you to achieve your objective and once you are confident that you have enough resources to get started, you will make the necessary commitment to yourself that you are ready for action...

As your actions become more frequent and specific, your subconcsious mind will begin to take over from your concsious mind some of the repetitive skills necessary for the achievement of your objective...

Your DEFINITENESS OF PURPOSE will become re-inforced as your skills improve... through practice and belief in your abilities, your resolve will be strengthened...

People who are passionate about their objectives will leave no stone unturned in their search for what they perceive will be the 'magic' ingedient which will ensure their success...

I believe that this 'Mentoring for Free' system has been enormously important to me in my search for the field of endeavour in which I know I will be successful...

I note the reference to Chapter 2:
The method by which DESIRE for riches can be transmuted into its financial equivalent, consists of six definite, practical steps, viz:

First. Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire.

Second. Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire.

Third. Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.

Fourth. Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire and begin at once, whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.

Fifth. Write out a clear, concise statement of the amount of money you intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what you intend to give in return for the money, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.

Sixth. Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night, and once after arising in the morning. AS YOU READ — SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY.

I am also taking notice of the 16 weaknesses which must be mastered by all who accumulate riches.

Kind Regards

Best Wishes to you all from Richard Parsons in the UK.
