CHAPTER 6 IMAGINATION: THE WORKSHOP OF THE MIND
I love Michael’s description that Imagination is a tool like any other in your tool box. It only becomes powerful when you get it out and start using it for its intended purpose.
There are 2 types of Imagination:
Synthetic Imagination: Used to arrange old concepts, ideas, or plans into new combinations. This faculty creates nothing. It merely works with the material of experience, education, and observation with which it is fed.
Creative Imagination: Used as a conduit between the conscious and the subconscious minds. It is the receiving station for hunches and inspiration. It is the receiving station for new ideas and it is the receiving station for vibrations from the minds of others, enabling you to tune in and communicate with the subconscious minds of others.
What I need to do now is focus on how I can use these 2 types of Imagination to best serve my business and my personal life.
