Chapter 5-Specialized Knowledge
Personal Experiences or Observations
Most people think that knowledge is power. Mr. Hill says that Knowledge is potential power. It becomes powerful when it is organized and used with definite plans of action.
In network marketing, some people make the mistake of accumulating knowledge of many different ways of marketing products and promoting their company. We must stop and think “how can we use all this knowledge?”
When we clutter our minds with many ways of promoting our business and attracting prospects to us our mind gets confused and we confuse the minds of our prospects as well.
We must find the best way and the way that attracts prospects to us. Most people in this day and age do not have time to listen to long presentations so we find a way we can present in a short period of time. Just give the basic facts of what a prospect wants to know.
Most prospects want to know the name of the company you represent or at least what kind of products you have to offer. The cost to join and do business with this company is helpful. How will the prospect get paid is another factor to consider. Will there be training? We at mentoring for free can use the one or two minute story to tell all these facts.
By Explaining what we are involved with in this simple way we are using the knowledge we have acquired and it is organized. It is definite and can be put into action so it will be powerful. Our business will grow.
