The sixth sense will not function while the three negatives of Indecision,Fear and Doubt remain in your mind. The members of this unholy trio are closely related, where one is found, the others are nearby. We all suffer from a combination of these fears at some point in life. Before you can take one of these enemies and master it, you must recognise it, know its name, its habits and place of abode.
Reading this chapter has exposed me to myself with the fear of "not measuring up", holding myself back, overcome the resistance of doing things I put on hold and develop the consistency to complete daily activities.
Dealing with criticism can be difficult. There are two types of criticism constructive and destructive. The difference between the two is the way in which comments are delivered. Constructive criticism is usually to show where and how improvements can be made, it is easier to accept, even if it hurts. Destructive criticism hurts ones' pride and has a negative effect on ones' confidence and self esteem. In either case criticism can be used to your advantage.
