Wow what a powerful reminder on the power of persistence and changing our lives. That may be health, lifestyle, financial or some other area of our lives. It takes persistence to even build a model train railway, build a business and keeping on going.

Sam and Bill have lived a unhealthy lifestyle for many years consisting of fast food, softdrinks. They both decided to change their health and life, wanting to become healthier and live a better life for their family. Giving them more to do with the family.

So they both set out and start their health reigeme, they continue with improving their diet, their excercises and keep on going to change their lives. Eventually Sam feels that’s enough and stops, whilst Bill keeps going until achieving his goal many years late of being healthier. Bill now has confidence in himself and his life and is enjoying life.

It took Bills persistence over many years to lose weight, regain his health and change his life, for some of us that may mean going to the gym for many years and working continually on improving our health. Others they just stop when the going gets tough.

This chapter served as a reminder too, that anytime have won and achieved the goal wanted it was owing to having been persistent towards own goal at that point. Improving my own health, being a dad, getting married all were won by staying firm to the goal and keeping on going until its achievement. Any goal which we set ourselves needs Persistence to keep on going and amending our plans. We need that persistence to keep going with our business until it becomes a success.

A huge thank you to my amazing friends and mentors here at mentoring for free, especially Linda and Michael Dlouhy and Ken Klemm for all your continued guidance, love and encouragement towards own goals and dreams. To my wife Jenny thank you very much for your support and being a rock that has helped to become that better husband and father.

Your friend for life, big hugs
