Think & Grow Rich Lessons

This, my first posted lesson, in the interest of time, will be brief.

My husband and I have run a very successful dry cleaning business for the past 18 years. I'm happy to report that through being a go-giver, as opposed to a go-getter, many of our customers have been with us from the beginning. We acquire new customers almost daily due to word-of-mouth, but also because of our status on Google.

We have an established reputation, inside and outside of business, and it is so refreshing that when we make a mistake with our customers' clothing, we are normally met with a sweet smile and a reassurance that our customers will never leave us, but that "stuff happens."  They know we'll make it right. They know we are people of our word.

We have now entered a new phase, time to think about retirement. I plan on carrying my work ethics into my new venture, including a business life with many of you, and can't wait to improve in every area.

Short & sweet, and to the point, I am now very late getting to work. God bless you all. Have a great day!
