Chapter 5

I once read that if you have a great idea then you really do not need the best education but if you do not have a great idea; you need some type of education.

This chapter made me realize that knowledge in itself is not enough.  It has to be some type of specialized knowledge combined with imagination and proper planning.  I never would have thought that I needed specialized knowledge to be successful in network marketing.  I thought you just jumped right in and went for it.  IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS!

As this chapter points out, knowledge in itself does not attract money, it is the organized use of that knowledge that will produce the desired results.  Now I know why so many people with general degrees are not successful… if they are able to find a job at all.  Knowledge is not power if there is no plan for action.

I like how Mr. Ford made the statement, “Why should I clutter up my mind with general knowledge when I have men around me who can supply any knowledge I require?”  What a powerful statement.

This type of thinking is probably why Mr. Ford was able to come up with such incredible ideas.  He kept his mind uncluttered and was able to be more imaginative.

When you ask most graduates what they are going to do with what they majored in, most of them have no idea.  So it is true that institutions do not teach students how to organize and use knowledge after they acquire it.

Michael is very knowledgeable and he took all of his knowledge and organized it into a plan of action so that all of humanity could benefit.   Mentoring for Free gives me all the specialized knowledge and tools (Success in 10 Steps) that I need to be successful in network marketing.    I am so happy to be a part of the Mentoring For Free organization.

Thanks Michael,
