Chapter 6 Imagination
I have a great imagination. I am always imagining the things I want to be. Out of all the chapters, this one is probably one I am pretty good at. Although when I was younger like most of us we were always told how to think and how we should feel. I always was different which made me quite a teen to take care of. My imagination had me all over doing many things just because I imagined it.
On the call today technical school was mentioned. I attended one for 4 of my high school years. I studied marketing education and I was in the D.E.C.A. Club and the last two years I studied Print Shop. My imagination took me far. Imagination can lead to creation and I created a life that only others at my age would dream of. I made really good money at 18. The equivalent of a 40 dollar an hour job now. I imagined working for Donald Trump and I got to.
I also imagined things that weren't so desirable and unfortunate for me I made that my reality and my imagination and creation were being blocked by what others said I should be. I used to move from job to job. I worked in almost every industry in some position or another. I jumped around so much I just could not stay in one place that long. I never knew why. I thought there has to be something wrong with me. I let the fortune I worked hard for slip away just like that. And Why?
I now use my imagination to write and I think about where I would like to be right now. Sometimes when I am doing something I don't desire I can imagine myself somewhere I would rather be and feel the nostalgia of actually being there. Like walking on the boards with my family or hear the ocean. I have even imagined myself at the camp I used to go to when I was little.
It has been a great week. I have been self-talking checks into my mailbox these last few weeks and this has helped me feel better of course. I am working on feeling like that even when I have nothing. I am listening to my mentors and working out my plan while still taking action using my imagination.
I thank you all for your help and I really needed to post my lesson this week and glad I didn't miss it.
