There are two forms of imagination, Synthetic and Creative imagination. Synthetic imagination is the rearrangement of old concepts and ideas into a new combination. This faculty create nothing. Creative imagination is direct communication Infinite Intelligence, the facility through which “hunches” and “inspirations” are received. The records in our minds are created and received from one of the thought impulses above. Desire is thought impulse, an intangible impulse.
The transformation of intangible impulse, of desire, into the tangible reality of money, goals, or any tangible asset must be formed with the aid of the imagination, mainly with the synthetic faculty. We must have definite plans with detail instructions, in writing, for carrying out these instructions. The moment we complete this, in writing, we have definitely given concrete form of converting the intangible desire to the tangible.
I have read this book several times, it finally jumped off the page at me. The moment you reduce your plans, the statement of your desire to writing, you have taken the first of a series of steps, which will enable you to convert the thought into its physical counterpart.
Detailed instructions for building the plans have been given in almost every chapter. We must reduce the plans to writing and read the plans aloud twice daily. Until we reduce our thoughts to writing, they are just thoughts and will probably just fade away into the nothingness from which they came. I think of this as my own vain imaginings.
Thank you Michael and Linda Dlouhy for forming the mastermind group and going over and over and over this book, you have an exceptional natural capacity of intellect.
