Great Day Leaders,
We at Mentoring For Free are here because we understand the power of desire. Do we really understand the power of desire? We read about countless people who achieved extraordinary success when society said, “It can’t be done!”
“No one is ever defeated until defeat has been accepted as a reality.” – Napoleon Hill
Napoleon Hill talks about his son being born without ears. Therefore his son would not hear nor speak. What would you do if a doctor told you that your child would be deaf and mute for life because he has no ears? Napoleon Hill had desire in his heart. He reached his own decision, “My son will hear and speak!”
Napoleon Hill truly had ‘that something” which recognizes no such word as “impossible,” and accepts no such reality as failure. He worked himself into that white heat of desire his son will hear, and actually believed that his affliction was not a liability, but an asset. Hills decision was made the moment the doctor gave him the "bad" news. He persisted throughout his son’s college years. Hill didn’t wish. He was determined to transfer to his son’s mind the desire to hear and speak. WOW!
What about your desire to succeed in your business? How determined are you? Do you allow the opinions of others to become a liability or an asset? Have you made a decision that you will burn your bridges and persist no matter how long it takes to victory?
Hearing people stomp all over our dreams of success can be just as devastating. Mere words can drain your mental battery forever. We may benefit if we could only mute those negative voices. Heck you might of thought to yourself, “I wish I had the same opportunity Edwin C. Barnes had.” Talk about being at the right place at the right time!
News flash! We have our own Edison, we have our own Hill here at Mentoring For Free. We have a choice. We either wish for success or work ourselves into that white heat of desire and never recede, not for a second.
“There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge.” - Napoleon Hill
We have no choice, we win or we perish.
