What I believe the message Hill is saying is that we should be speaking our positive
thoughts out loud and make it a habit.
It's no different when someone wants to be good at something such as riding a bike for
the first time or playing a certain sport you have to practice all the time to be your best.
So always thinking positive thoughts and speaking your positive thoughts out loud is
going to be constant practice which leads to being a habit and second nature and their
will be no room for negativity in your mind.
I've been listening to Joel Osteen the "The Power Of I Am" and he says everyone has
negative thoughts pass though their mind but it's when you speak those negative thoughts
out loud is when you make them a reality which makes it more powerful and real so we
need to speak our positive thoughts out loud and make those thoughts more powerful and
real so there's no place for the negative thoughts.
