In Chapter 7 it stands out most to me that Dr. Hill said to ally myself with people who could help me with organizing a plan for my business.  Thus I have began to reason with myself what kind of friends I have and what kind of minds they have.  After great consideration I realize that I need to make a change in the people I associate with.  Starting with my first two newest friends, Bob Shoaf and Michael Dlouhy, I am now building good relationships with great minds.

I understand, now, how important it is to develop alliances with great minds and with thise that that are willing to help.  Now I am working on growing my new circle of friends which is partly why I am writing this page.  I am attempting to gather more people in my circle who are looking to succeed in developing good relationships and who can give me any pointers.  Therefore, I will be reading many posts today.
