Chapter 6: Imagination!
Hill tells us there are two kinds of imagination: synthetic and creative. The synthetic imagination takes something or idea that was once someone's CREATIVE imagination and expands upon it. It may be expanded upon or rearranged, or somehow changed into what someone considers improvement. But, the CREATIVE imagination is what gave it to us in the first place. Literally, everything we use in today's world was once a figment of someone's creative imagination. Our cell phones, our computers, our heating and cooling systems, the material on our roofs, our autos, our clothing, airplanes, flying to mars, and the list goes on to infinity almost. Our conscious minds are operating at an extremely fast rate when we are using our imagination and we are capable of "tuning-in" to the universe. Our Mastermind groups vibrate thoughts into the universe that we are able to pick up on. Imagination is what keeps the world going round. Yet, unfortunately, today we are discouraged from using our imagination. We must just accept the status quo. Herd mentality. Students are no longer encouraged to excel. Do not breakout from the herd. But, the sad fact is as Jack LaLanne used to say," Use it or lose it". This is a trend that must be reversed for all of us.
