Chapter 15 How To Outwit The Six Ghosts of Fear

Growing up in a family of eight, my three older sisters used fear as a great tool to control and dominate my boyhood behavior. As siblings, they tried to 'scare me straight' and for a while, it worked! Then, I found out, that: there wasn't any santa claus,--- 'making a list of naughty or nice',...a boogy man wasn't going to 'get me'….satan didn't wear red, carry a sword or have a long forked tail, hmmm, the scary ghosts disappeared. Truth destroyed the myths...and I was free from those fears.

FEAR is a tormentor, it is a state of mind, it is a robber of good, it is so negative. Time and space prevents listing all the different streets, avenues and back alleys that fear can occupy in the city of gloom.

By contrast, I am dwelling in the 'City' of: faith and hope, and love and desire, it is so positive and rewarding. I moved here purposely...this is a safe haven, I'm surrounded by a 'mastermind' community; help and support is here. Experiences and inspirations are shared, in fact we are encouraged to share our brilliance, without fear of humiliation or reprisal from others---that is a rare jewel. Progress, abundance and growth abound here.

I am so thankful for MFF and each of you here. You are a blessing! Gary Nott
